Account Management​

Can I withdraw my account balance?​

Account balances are generally non-withdrawable but can be used to purchase our services or pay for renewals.

Tip

To use your balance for specific services, check the available options in the Account Dashboard.

Why hasn't my renewal taken effect immediately?​

Renewals typically take effect within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on payment processing speed. If it hasn't updated after 24 hours, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Ensure your payment method is valid and there are no pending actions on your account.

How do I change my registered email?​

You can change your registered email by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account Settings.
  2. Click the Change Email option.
  3. Enter your new email address and complete the verification process.

Once completed, your registered email will be successfully updated.


Can I upgrade my server configuration?​

Yes, you can upgrade your server configuration at any time! Please submit a request through Customer Support, and we will provide an upgrade plan based on your needs.

The upgrade process may involve brief downtime, so please back up important data in advance.

How do traffic reset and auto-renewal work?​

  • Auto-Renewal: The system will automatically deduct the renewal fee from your account balance or linked payment method on the billing date.
  • Traffic Reset: Upon successful renewal, your traffic quota is typically reset immediately. You can check the latest status in the Control Panel.

If your traffic hasn't reset, please contact Customer Support.

Does the server support refunds?​

Refund policies vary depending on the service type and usage. For details, please review our Refund Policy for specific inquiries.

Refund requests typically need to be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must meet the refund conditions.
